Its 8 hour drive so not possible. Give a better suggestion or I can change my destination from Trieste to Prague. There has to be a coach.

You can take an overnight Eurolines bus from Venice to Brussels, departing at 15:30 and arriving at 12:45. However, the bus doesn't run every day. Your cheapest route would be to fly Venice-Brussels S. Charleroi on Ryanair.
