The usual choice is between the Tube (Piccadiilly Line) or train (Heathrow connect or Express). As Nigel commented, the preference/convenience of one over the other depends on where you are staying, how easily you can hump your luggage up and down stairs and escalotors, how tired you will be........ The more details you can give us, the more relevant our suggestions will be
