What is the best way to get from Athens to Mykonos in mid June? If we take a ferry service, which is the best ferry service? And what is the best way to book the ferry?

You have 2 airline options: Olympic Air www.olympicairlines.com and Aegean Air www.aegeanair.com/aegeanen/home. For our ferry tickets, we used Paleologos Shipping and Travel, www.ferries.gr. FYI, on Paleologos's site, there are differerent "airline" seats. These are reserved seats, similar to an airline seat, but MUCH more comfortable. The "different" airline seats mentioned just refer to the different compartments on the ship.
