Transportation to Malpensa Airport

We are two Seniors who would like to avoid the train station in Milan. We will be in Verona and will be leaving Italy, sadly, via MXP. Any suggestions?

Thanks Ed

How are you returning from Verona? I am not sure can avoid the train station unless, of course, you use a taxi. The shuttle bus for the airport leaves from the Centrale Station.

We are leaving Verona for MXP in order to take a EasyJet flight to Amsterdam for a flight to PDX. we are aware of the Train-Bus connections, but I thought I saw a reference to a Bus tht travels Verona-MXP. A cab might be a bit pricey.

I am sorry but that is not how I understood your first question. That is a fairly narrow question and doubt if many have done that route other than the train. I would suggest you google both Verona and MXP and see if there are any links to buses or transportation.

Are you trying just to avoid Milan's central station, or are you looking for a bus only connection. If the former, there is a train service, the Malpensa Express, which leaves Cadorna station and goes to Malpensa airport.

The best and fastest way using public transportation is a train from Verona to Milan Centrale and a bus from Milan Centrale to MXP. I'm not sure why you wish to avoid Milan Centrale. Being seniors should have nothing to do with it. My wife and I are seniors and it doesn't bother us. It works well.
