We are taking a cruise out of Southampton. What is the best way to get to the cruise terminal from London and then from Southampton to Heathrow Airport.

National Express buses does both runs. Google for times & fares.

If you book well in advance on the National Express site, you can get discount fares. South West trains offers direct service between London Waterloo and Southampton. If you book well in advance on the Megatrain site, you can get discount fares.

If there are 3 or 4 of you may want to consider a private transfer, from your hotel in London directly to the Southampton docks. We did that last year with london-transfers.com.
