Transportation to Bruges from the port of Zeebruge.

We are coming to Zeebruge via cruise ship in June want to go either to Bruge or Brussels for the day. How do we get to Zeebruge-Strand train station from ship and are there any transfers to get to Bruge. Cost? Time?Thank you for your help.Bill D.
