Help with getting from Stresa, italy to downtown Milan?

That's very easy trip, about one hour by train from Stresa to Milano Centrale. Which part of "downtown Milan" are you going to?

What help do you need? About 1 to 2 trains an hour - mostly Regionale - taking as much as an hour and half. A few Intercity taking about an hour. All to Milan Centrale. For there hop the subway to "downtown" Milan. Exactly what do you mean by downtown Milan?
