Can you please tell me the most reasonable means of transportation from Venice airport to Burano. I don't know how to get from the airport to the valaporetto. grazie

The most direct route would be to take the Alilugana blue line to Fondamenta Nuove and catch the LN vaporetto from there to Burano. If you plan to use the vaporetto at lot duing your stay, consider buying one of the vaporetto passes.

If "reasonable" means "cheapest", take the bus to the Piazzale Roma then the vaporetta. The DM vaporetto will take you to Murano and from there you can get one to Burano, As mentioned, a multi day ticket will save you a lot if you are using the vaporettos even a few times.
