I am flying into London - Stansted airport at 6:45 am and would like to go to Warwick Castle as soon as possible the same day. I will not have a car. What is the best way to get from Stansted to Warwick Castle?

Check on http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ Train into London Liverpool St Station - tube to Marlebone Station (1 change) - train to Warwick. Approx 3½ hours total.
