My girlfriends and I travelled through Slovenia/Bosnia-Herzegovina/Croatia/Montenegro using "transfer.si". Wonderful company.....they supplied us with a chauffeur and a van and took us to the itinerary that I created (13 days). The driver, Bostjan was wonderful...always on time and a nonsmoker. I highly recommend this company. The rate the gave me was very reasonable...included the gas, border crossing fees and gratuity, altho' we gave an extra tip as Bostjan was worth every penny! He made travelling very safe for us. Can you clarify one point. You mention "border crossing fees", what fees are these? As both Slovenia and Croatia are in the EU (though only Slovenia is in the Schengen Area), there should not be any fees.
Or perhaps these were motorway tolls?

Maybe they were tolls.....all I know is that we didn't shell out any $ when crossing the borders. Thanx!
