What is the best way to get from Siena to Assisi? Train? Bus? Rick's book says it's easy but I can't seem to find out how to do it.

I compared the bus on http://www.sena.it/ to link with train schedules [http://www.ferroviedellostato.it/] , and the bus seems to take about half the time of the train, and is much cheaper
