Neil, the people answering your questions are not Rick Steves' employees, just other users of the website. To get from Rouen to Bruges involves several changes: Rouen to Paris St. Lazare Transfer to Paris Nord (use RER Line E) Paris Nord to Brussels Midi
Brussels Midi to Bruges You can get specific train times and book your tickets at www.tgv-europe.com. When you see a popup asking if you want to go to the Rail Europe site instead, pick the option to stay on tgv-europe, and when you search for your journey choose Antarctica as your ticket collection country
