I'd like to take the short trip from Reims to Ludes for an afternoon. Car w/driver rates are quoted at 300 euros. What would a taxi be? How about renting a bicycle--it's only 7 miles away.

A Google search gave me a link to Holiday Bikes which has an outlet by the Reims TGV station.
