Does anyone have a transporation service they recommend from the Paris Nord Train Station to a hotel? We are traveling with young children and want to pre-arrange something.
It isn't really necessary to pre-arrange. There are many, many taxis. Just follow the signs in the station to the taxi rank and you'll be in a cab in minutes.
Anne, I just got back from Paris (via London on the Eurostar) and took a taxi from Gare du Nord to my apartment in the 5th district. The cost was about 20 euros (tip and the luggage surcharge included).
You don't have to pre arrange anything but DO take the taxis from the kiosks. You'll see some drivers offering their services, and Rick's book suggested not to take them.
Anne -
If you would like the security of having a driver waiting this is an option for you...

The taxis are however readily available for Gare du Nord.
