transportation from Livorno port to Florence

Is anyone familiar with transportation to and from the cruise ports in Livorno to Florence & Pisa?

I've made reservations/arrangements with Paolo (info@unforgettabletuscany.com) for our cruise stop in Livorno for October 10 for 4 or 6 people for 440 or 480 Euro for 9 hour tour. He came highly recommended on Cruise Critic website.
