My friend and I are planning to Zagreb, Croatia from Hallstatt. We are budget travelers and do not drive. Do you have any easy and fast transportation for us? That's quite a long distance. There's a whole country (Slovenia) in between. The fastest suggested route from Austrian rail is 7 hours by train. Why do you specifically want to make that trip?

we want to visit the plitvice lake. if we drive, it only takes 5hours. That's why i want to know other methods to there.
