We are headed back to Italy and will definitely do a trip to the winery again. This time though there will be 6 adults. Last time we took a bus but want to do something different this time. The winery offers a transportation package but it is an additional $60 per person. We are just wondering if there is an option somewhere between a bus and $60.
The winery is probably about an hour away.

Actually think $360 sounds pretty reasonable. With six people you will need a small van or at least two vehicles. Have at least a two hour or more drive time, plus waiting time while you are touring the winery. Maybe six hours total. $60/hour for private driver will a small van sounds about right. In between would be renting two cars for the day. And two members of you group would have to forego the wine tasting. Take the winery package.
