What is the best form of transportation from Bruges to Haarlem? Train or is there a boat or ferry to take?
Our hotel is in Bruges, for three days.

Train. It's a 3.5 hour journey with changes in Antwerp, and Den Haag. Fare is 46 euros, no advance reservation needed; simply purchase your tickets at the station on the day of your journey. http://www.nshispeed.nl/en

The man from New Paltz has it right. I've never heard of a boat on that route, or even close.
