Transportation from airport to hotel in MAD and BCN

Hi All! We will be flying into MAD and staying at the Hotel Europa on Puerta Del Sol. What is the best / cheapest way to get there for a party of two able bodied travellers? Also, I have a similar question for BCN. We are staying at the Hilton Diagonal Mar and need transportation to/from the airport. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

In Madrid take bus 200 or 204 depending on Terminal (1E or so, pay driver) to the Metro stop Avenida de America. Take metro directly to P Del Sol.
