Shuttle busses are the most efficient. We used Alpybus.

We used Mountain Drop-Offs after finishing the My Way Alpine tour last year. We booked a private transfer & had them drop us off at our hotel in Geneva as we were staying an extra day there before flying home. They also do drop offs at the airport.

I used Mountain Drop-offs as well after my R.S. Alpine Tour in 2019 - rates were reasonable, service was excellent.
They took 4 of us from the tour to the Geneva Airport and then I used the hotel shuttle. Would definitely recommend them.
