We are traveling with RS midsummer on the discover Scandinavia tour.
Is there any way, besides Norse airlines(their schedules not mesh) to get to Stockholm cheap and fast? I would prefer non stop. The flights are very pricey right now (over. 1200).
All ideas considered.

Ps at the end of our tour we will go to the lofoten islands so probably leaving out of Oslo.
SAS has direct flights from Miami to Stockholm. Not daily though. www.flysas.com

You're traveling midsummer? I think many would consider that fare a bargain flying during peak season.
I am agreeing with Mark. That fare seems like a bargain for those of us on the West Coast. I've rarely seen anything to even the main European hubs for less than $1500, including a flight from my smaller airport to an international hub.
Do try to arrive a day or two before your tour start to accommodate any travel delays.
