We have booked the 2012 Best of Sicily in 10 Days Tour. On the tour site it indicates www.meridiana.it for flights direct from the USA to Palermo. However, when I go to that site, it only shows flights from within Europe. I cannot figure out how to look up flights from the USA? Can you help? Thank you.

A quick check does not show Meridiana flying from anywhere in the US. Maybe they did at one time but not now.

Might want to contact the RS tour advisors and ask them. You can email or contact by phone. Check the RS website, at the bottom click on contact us and scroll down to the Guided Tours heading.

They probably intend you to take a transatlantic flight to, say, Rome, and then Meridiana to Palermo. Maybe they just assumed you would know that, but it could have been clearer.
