Aw, hell: Go to Paris, Gare de Lyon. Buy a roundtrip ticket to Fontainbleu-Avon for about twenty bucks. Ride train, get off. At the back of the station, get on bus 12A and buy a ticket from the driver to the Chateau - - I forget what that costs, but less than five bucks each way. Kill the caps and we'll tell you how to get back. :)

The train from Paris Gare de Lyon to Fontainebleau-Avon costs €8.55 each way. The bus from the train station to the chateau costs €1.70 each way.
