Need best and inexpensive transportation from cruise dock in Monte Carlo to Nice. Public, train, taxi?

Best and inexpensive are words that generally do not go together well. The best way is almost always via private driver or taxi. The train runs frequently between the two and it is pretty cheap. You could even stop off in Villafrance. There is also a bus, I believe, but have never used it.

I've never used the bus either but I know it exists and costs one euro. If you google French Riviera Transportation the answer will be there.
