Transportation between Prague and Nuremberg for cruise

I don't know about a private driver but the last time I looked at these tickets on the DB (www.bahn.com) website it was only 20-30 euros per person for a bus. If you're interested in budget travel, that would be the way to go!

With purchase sufficiently far in advance (up to 92 days), you can get Europa-Spezial tickets on that bus for €19/p, €76 for all four of you. However, these tickets are bus specific, they are only valid for that bus on that day. Ticket prices are "tiered", and when all the least expensive ones sell out, the price for the next tier is higher. If all the discount tickets are sold out, and they rarely are, full fare would be €200 for 4 people. If you are willing to use a regional train, which takes a little longer, you can buy tickets in Prague for travel to Furth im Wald, for about €10/p (~240 Kc) and use a Bayern-Ticket, purchasable on the Bahn website for €34 for 4 people, from there to Nürnberg, about €74 total for all four of you. These tickets never sell out; you can buy them the same day for the same price. Some trains go directly from Prague to Nürnberg; some have a dedicated change at Schwandorf.
