You might want to post this question to the Italy forum and also put more information in the title. For example, have the title say "Need transportation from Trieste cruise port to Venice airport."

Then in the body of the question, give a few details. For example, are you exiting a cruise ship in Trieste? What's your time frame? What time of year? The more information you can give in the question, the easier it is to answer.

Easiest way would be by FlixBus which leaves from the Trieste RR station and goes directly to Marco Polo Airport. If you take the train, you’ll have to take cab or bus from Venice Mestre to the airport. FlixBus has an easy to use map and cheapest to use it to purchase tickets ahead of time.
