You could fly Air One nonstop out of Venice (VCE) to Prague for as low as $40 per ticket - if you book well in advance. So train up from Vicenza to a Venice train station, then bus over to the airport, and catch the flight to Prague. I'm a big fan of flying on the smaller European airlines. Seats can quite inexpensive if you book in advance. Good Luck!
