need to rent a car at/near Eurostar train station (St. Pancreas). what is closest place for car rental?

Bear in mind that when you get it (time of day, day of week) your experience may be quite different. There is a lot of road works ongoing in the general Kings Cross / St Pancras area, particularly in the Euston Road and Grays Inn Road areas. Traffic around there is mad most times anyway but if its during the day during the week, all day, it will do not much more than creep. I don't know your experience driving in England, London, or the general area of Euston Road or Commercial Road. If you don't know the area well, can I just point out that the Congestion Charging area is directly across the street, with all its implications.
