Transporation from Florence airport to center of town

Anybody know the best way (taxi or bus)to get to the main square in Florence from the airport?

If traveling alone, the 5 euro bus to the train station and then walking to the "main" square is a good option. Walk to Piazza del Duomo is about 10 minutes and walk to Piazza della Signoria is about 15 minutes. If there are 2 or 3 of you, then a taxi would be worth considering. You'd pay a small premium for 2 but it's probably about breakeven for 3, and the taxi would be faster and more convenient than the bus.
