I have an itinerary BOS-CDG-LHR later this week, and my Delta flight from Boston and my Air France flight to LHR both arrive/depart from Terminal 2E. Is it possible that I will be able to walk from one gate to another without going through passport control or security? Thanks!

Do planes drop off passengers at separate arrival gates and then move to separate departure gates?

Since I posted my question, I found directions showing signs from CDG that seem to indicate that you walk to your next gate just as you would when transferring from one domestic flight to another in the US.

I tried to check the connections guide on the official Aeroports de Paris site, but it currently is unavailable. However, the connections guide on easycdg.com doesn't mention having to go through security if you both arrive at and depart from the same terminal.
