Has anyone used a car service to be driven from Malpensa to Stresa? I am reluctant to just book one on the internet that I know nothing about.

There is actually direct bus service from Stresa to Malpensa. We didn't take it going to Stresa, but caught it directly from Stresa to Malpensa when we went home. It wasn't very expensive (perhaps 10 euro) and picked right on the main street in Stresa and dropped us right at the terminal at Malpensa.
