I am flying from Venice to Paris. EasyJet has many flights but Transavia is less expensive. How reliable is the airline?

Transavia is a "low-cost" subsidiary of Dutch airline KLM, I´ve never had any problems with them (arrived on time, modern airplanes). I used to prefer flying with Transavia over other low-cost carriers, since seat choice, luggage and other things were included in the ticket price. Unfortunately they´ve gone the same route as other low-cost carriers and now charge an additional fee for everything. If I had to choose between easyJet and Transavia I´d choose the one that offered the most convenient departure time.
