How frequently does this tram operate?

I used Tram 8 frequently on several trips to Rome as part of my commute from my hotel to the Trastevere Station. The tram, well really trams, run frequently, maybe about every 5 minutes at the peak, down to 10 minutes during lower volume times. It was often enough that I rarely waited and did not even consider being there by a certain time.
