We're going to Malaga next week and want to go to Cordoba for the day. I've looked at the Renfe site to find times, but I'd like to know if it's better to buy a ticket in advance on the wevsite, or get it at the station on the day?
Thanks.
It will depend on several factors, like - If 'we' is a party of four, you could have a table for yourselves and be paying a lot less than the 'walk up' price on the AVE and less than the AVANT (slower train) and less than than the estrella fare (40% discount) still available on a couple of journeys. I suspect you do not have the right page to see all the permutations. Do not jump straight in here - http://www.renfe.com/ at 'Horarios and Precios' but click on 'Compra de Billetes' Am I clear? Does this help?
Thanks Neil, I'll try that. There's just the 2 of us so we're not really looking for special seats.
Thanks for the thanks, as quite rare.
If you need anything else on RENFE or Cordoba, post again.
