What is a good place to look to book train tickets in Scotland?
The trips I know for sure I need are London to Edinburgh, and Edinburgh to Inverness.
I had found a site that I liked but quite stupidly forgot to bookmark it, and it was during finals so nothing else was sticking in my head at the time...

We are taking the train from London to York and then York to Edinburgh. We bought the Flex Pass because we will spend 2 days in York!

Britrail, like RailEurope, is set up to primarily sell passes, and some (but not all) tickets, and not at all price points. For point to point tickets, a good site is nationalrail.co.uk, which acts as a "front door" for all the UK rail companies. I think you'll find some good deals here, with advance booking.
