I will be traveling solo from Pisa to FCO airport on Wednesday in October and can't tell from the various websites if I will need to change trains somewhere along the way. Does anyone know? I'll have one roll-on bag and tote bag with me so can probably move fairly quickly through stations. However, I don't speak Italian and think that I would definitely need more than 15 minutes to change trains. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Depending on what time you need to be at FCO, there's now a high-speed train from Pisa Centrale to Roma Termini that doesn't require a change in Florence. At Roma Termini, you can then take the Leonardo Express directly to FCO. It runs every 30 minutes, but allow at least 20 minutes between trains as the Leonardo Express is once again departing from the far end of the station. Not speaking italian won't be an issue. Most railway employees speak enough english to point you in the right direction.
