Hi there and having trouble picking the best train from brugge central station to flandres lille to go to vimy ridge? and also staying in arras and travelling to paris and want to end up at gard du nord in paris...could use your help please

You can find the times at www.belgianrail.be. No need to book in advance, as the trains are local and you won't get much discount. You will get a discount if you book in advance for the Lille-Paris run at www.tgv-europe.com Note that most fast trains from Paris to Lille leave from Lille Europe rather than Flandres.

There is direct TGV service from Arras to Gare du Nord. Booking well in advance (up to three months allowed) on tgv-europe.com can get you a Prem's fare as low as €15.00. The standard 2nd class fare is €51.00. To get complete timetables, uncheck the "direct trains only" box. To avoid being bumped to the Rail Europe site which doesn't offer discount fares, choose France as your ticket collection country,

there is a train from bruges to lillie, and a hi speed train from there to paris nord
check rail europe for plans, pretty easy to set up can travel each leg on different days
