There is no train station in Honfleur. Trains only go as far as Le Havre. From there you have to take either a bus or a taxi. However, on Sundays there is only one bus from Le Havre to Honfleur and it doesn't leaves Le Havre until 14:23. On Sundays there is only one bus from Honfleur to Le Havre. It departs at 17:14 and arrives at 17:41. If you take that bus, you can catch a train departing at 17:59 and arriving in Paris at 20:10. See the German Rail site for detailed timetables.
