Train travel WITHIN France/Belgium/Holland and BETWEEN them

Need advice. Will be in northern France (based in Paris) for 1 1/2 weeks and Amsterdam for 1 week. What is the best rail pass option that will allow me to travel within France, from France to Holland, from Holland to Belgium and Belgium back to France? I'll probably only need 4-5 trips.
