This September, I will be travelling with an American who has been living in France. We are wishing to purchase the eurail Select pass saver to take advantage of the discount. Would I be able to purchase her train tickets for her online since she has an American passport?

Yes, you will be able to since she has a US passport, but you will need to have everything shipped to your US address before you leave for Europe.

Just to clarify - the pass must be purchased and shipped to your US address. Any reservations can be purchased in Europe, or picked up/delivered in Europe.
