Train travel to Le Marche

Any one have the following info:
1.) travel time by train from Rome to Ancona in Le Marche?
2.) which train(s) to take to and return?

Regionale trains make the trip from Roma Tiburtina to Ancona in around four hours. EuroStar Italia trains do it in around three hours. For timetables and fares go to the Trenitalia site, www.ferroviedellostato.it/homepage_en.html. Fares for Regionale trains are only shown up to seven days in advance so enter any date within that time frame.
