Train travel Paris to Bayeux

I am arriving in Paris at 11 am....there is a train to Caen at 12 noon but impossible to catch in time. The next train is nearly 5 hours later. Any other suggestions? Thank you

What date are you traveling?

Also, where are you checking the schedule? If you are checking Rail Europe, it frequently does not show all the trains. There are some trains to Bayeux that requre a change in Caen whereas there are others that are direct.

Leave Gare Saint-Lazare at 13:45, change in Caen, and arrive in Bayeux at 16:14.

Leave Gare Saint-Lazare at 15:10 and go directly to Bayeux, arriving at 17:15.

Those 'almost hourly connections directly from the Paris CDG airport train station to Bayeaux' don't exist...the routes listed all involve coming into Paris aboard the RER then transferring. All trains to Bayeaux leave from Gare St. Lazare. Tim's options are the best....your RER ticket in from CDG or Orly allows you to transfer to RER or metro connections to get to St. Lazare station.
