Looking to travel from Seville to Granada on a Sunday. Are the weekends crazy for train travel? Should I make reservations in advance, or just purchase upon arrival?

I assume you'll be in Sevilla a day or two before you leave....just head over to the train station and buy them when you arrive, and you should be OK. If you do run into a problem, there are several buses a day between Sevilla and Granada, very comfortable.

yes train is pretty busy so i suggest go straight to the bus station. it's cheaper and good ride, they even have movies on the bus! it's short taxi ride from bus station in granada to the town center.
