Train travel from Lisbon to Faro, Portugal - Holy Week

Hi - will be traveling the first week in Portugal during Holy Week - while this is off season for tourists, do we need to be concerned about hours being shortened/making reservations, etc. for transportation given it is Holy Week? I hear conflicting information. Also, read there might be a worker strike on March 22. Any information MUCH appreciated.
