According to the timetables on both the Swiss Rail and German Rail sites, you will need to make a minimum of five connections and your fastest route is Lauterbrunnen - Interlaken Ost - Bern - Zurich HB - Salzburg hbf - Attnang-Puchheim - Hallstatt. Leave Lauterbrunnen at either 06:01 or 08:03 and arrive in Hallstatt at either 16:52 or 18:52.
