Anyone have experience on the train from Istanbul to Plodiv, Bulgaria ? Times, cost etc., thank you

it's not very expensive. probably take you an overnight ride though. it should be on the train line between IST and Sofia, but if your train doesn't pass it then a transfer in Sofia takes about 2hrs to plovdiv. i took that ride a few times it's cheap and frequent.
