Hoping someone can clarify something. I'm looking to travel by train from Cremona to Venice on a Friday. It looks like trains only depart from the Cremona on saturday and sunday? Can anyone confirm this?
Are you checking Trenitalia.com, the site for the national railway? Best place to look. You don't say what date you're looking for, but if it's after a certain date mid-June, when they start revised (but not much different) schedules, that could explain your lack of results. I just checked for this Friday, and it shows trains running that route all day, roughly hourly, so you should be fine. The Cremona station is called simply 'Cremona', while the Venice station you want is Venezia S. Lucia.
THANKS! Our travel date is october 4. I'll check Trenitialia!
You bet! I hope you have a great trip. Do you have an interest in violins and such, hence your attraction to Cremona? Edit: I see from your other post that you're a violinist, so no wonder!
It might appear as though you are involved at Cremona Musica?
