We have tickets for Bernina express from Tirano to Chur on 20th March 2012. We have to get to Tirano from Milan in plenty of time to join the train. Can any one help with train times from Milan to Tirano please?

According to the Swiss Rail site, direct trains from Milano Centrale to Tirano FS depart at 06:20, 08:20, 10:20, 12:20, etc. The ride takes 2hr35min.
