We should be able to buy train tickets for Paris to Trouville for August 30 but the site won't take any date after August 29. We have tried this each day this week. We're on the TGV site and we've checked the Great Britain flag. Anybody else having trouble with the site? Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm wondering if the train we wanted to take is offered only in the summer months. The TGV Europe site shows NO trains from Paris to Trouville-Deauville or Lisieux (we are going to Honfleur).

According to the German Rail timetables, it looks like you're right about direct train service ending on 29 August. For 30 August you'll need to make some connections. After you get summary timetables for Paris-Trouville, click on the arrow to the left of the departure time(s) of your choice to see the connecting points.

Thanks, Tim. The German rail site shows a decent train to Lisieux but the best return train to Paris leaves at 18:11, earlier than we wanted. We're really disappointed as we're doing a day trip to Honfleur to visit friends. We're looking into LeHavre and may look into a rental car but would prefer to take the train.

The German rail site shows a train from Paris to Lisiux and a train from Le Havre to Paris at times that would work for us. But the SCNF Voyages site don't show these trains. How do we buy these tickets?

You may have to break it down into the segments listed on the German rail website to make it work on TGV-Europe.com. For example, the train departing at 8:20 am from Paris St. Lazare can be booked to Rouen (arrives 9:40 am) then the train from Rouen to Lisieux leaves 10:04 to arrive at 1107. You can purchase these separately, and should have lots of time to make the connection.
