Hello - For our upcoming trip in September, I've purchased all of our train tickets from the Captaine Train website - no problems. I am now trying to buy our tickets from Paris to Brussels, but it won't let me purchase them without a Thayls card number. My husband and I have one, so it will let me purchase ours, but friends traveling with us don't have "the card", and it won't let me purchase their tickets.
Am I doing something wrong? Can't figure it out. If I try and purchase them with Rail Europe, it seems to let me purchase them. I don't take the transaction all the way to the end, because I'd rather get them from Captaine Train.
Anyone else have this issue?
